Week 16: A Champion is Crowned

Welcome to your very delayed end of season commissioner commentary!

After a really slow week 15, championship week did not disappoint. Eagle Powers got a huge surprise game from recently cut CJ Anderson and another big game from Tight End Jaylen Samuels...

and still lost by 16 to NB Power's superteam. The key to victory for this squad was loading up on pass catchers in the draft and slowly acquiring startable RBs. NB Power got 10+ from all his WRs, 40 points from his two RBs, and 30 POINTS FROM ZACK ERTZ. Talk about showing up when you need him most.

Contrats to all of our playoff teams, and to NB Power for winning his first championship. Your name is now officially on the site banner, and there will be a trophy soon.

Commish Commentary Week 4: Colton gets a win edition

With 4 weeks in the books, we're officially 1/4 of the way through the Fantasy season. What does that mean? As badly as your team may have done, or as much as you may be dominating the league, there is a lot of football left to be played, and many of the people on your rosters today will be sitting on waivers in the coming weeks. These middle weeks are often when breakout players are picked up that win championships, so don't be afraid to drop people that are underperforming just because you drafted them.  So uh, lets do some recaps.  Colton's Team(86.44) > travis's team (82.08)  Lets get things started with the most exciting matchup of the week. This game was decided by only 4 points, and swung from a clear travis victory to Colton's first win of the season through the final 2 games of the week. Week 13: Playoffs, Survivor Champion

A rare image of that one time the Jags were actually good Playoffs are here! The final week of the regular season included a bit of Chaos as Goofy Gang was able to claw his way into 6th place, while NB Power pushed into a 1st round bye. This next week, there are only 2 matchups because all of our losers bracket teams are on bye, as well as our league leaders. Survivor The winner of our very first survivor challenge has been crowned! Congrats Eagle Powers. The key to this game was consistency, and Eagle Powers has been consistently crushing it ever since this challenge started in week 5. With an average score of 139 and low of 113 during that period, this team has cruised to 4 eliminations (double that of the next best team) on the backs of Gurley, Luck, and Davante Adams, as well as insane waiver pickups in Conner, Chubb and Kerryon.
